Patrick and Dr. Beth O’Kelly are a husband and wife team who have worked closely in the field, initially on the client side with Sarner International and then with Haley Sharpe Design in North America. More recently they worked with a British leads service in North America. The partners launched RFP-Leads Source in December of 2007. Patrick and Dr. Beth have strong backgrounds in education, communications, marketing and management. For the past 20 years they have worked in the museums, attractions, and cultural centers business sector and have built up an impressive list of clients across North America providing them with excellent customer support, service, and consultation.

Between 1999 and 2006 they worked exclusively for Haley Sharpe Design (UK) helping the company develop a high-profile brand in North America. During this period they have assisted the firm to win over 30 competitive design projects ranging in total value from $30,000 to $250 million. The total combined value of these projects is in excess of $600 million. Patrick and Beth have extensive experience living and working both in the USA and in Canada.

WEBSITE RESEARCH AND CONTENT DEVELOPMENT

A talented team of consisting of two Research Directors and five researchers with extensive experience go to work each day, searching more than 300 sources to find postings of direct relevance to our 160+/- clients, most of whom are located in North America. They current identify 55-95 new opportunities per business day. Each posting is carefully curated. In August of 2024 the company posted its 218,000th business opportunity. In its 16-year history RLS has never sending out its daily bulletin to registered subscribers.
