2024 Pricing & Terms


All subscriptions are deemed to be annual subscriptions. Clients can cancel after six months with 30 days advance notice by phone, email, or text.

The exception is for clients who choose our annual, Month-to-Month (MTM), cancel anytime plan.

Our subscription pricing is competitive. It takes into account each firm's unique profile, scope of work, and geographic range.

Pricing for annual subscriptions range from $1995 for small, regionally focused, or highly specialized firms to $2995+. The average annual subscription is $2395. Clients can choose to pay annually, semi-annual, quarterly, and monthly payment rates.

Regardless of the payment plan, all subscriptions are deemed to be annual subscriptions.

After Covid-19 we also introduced a special annual, month-to-month, cancel-anytime plan (MTM). New clients are eligible for 1-4 four users (seats). Additional users can be added at any time for $100 per user.

At the start of the MTM plan we issue one receipt to cover the full 12 months. If you need a receipt each month, the cost is$20 per monthly receipt.
You can cancel any time during the month for which you have paid. At the end of that month there is no further obligation. But you can opt back in at the same rate any time during your first 12 months.
As long as you do not cancel, we will automatically process your next monthly payment.

At the end of any month, you can switch over to a new annual plan which will be much more cost-effective. For example, switching from a MTP plan to an annual payment plan, will save you hundreds of dollars. You are locked In for the first six months and can cancel any time after that with 30- days advance notice.


Renewal


We typically send our clients a subscription renewal invoice 4-6 weeks in advance of their renewal date. We follow up with a phone call and we leave a detailed message if they do not pick up.

All clients always have the option to switch to a different payment method for their annual subscription at any time.

Shared subscription Policy


We typically sell an annual subscription for the exclusive use of an individual firm, not their strategic partners or other owned entities. That said, we are happy to discuss a shared subscription involving two or more related firms and can offer substantial discounts to all parties.

All firms have to be new clients and comparable in terms of size and scope. In such cases we determine the annual rate based on comparable pricing enjoyed by existing clients.

All firms get $200 discount

Plus both get a 13th month free. The month-to-month plan (MTM) is not available.

Each firm can choose their preferred payment method; monthly, quarterly, semi- annually or annually.

Each firm is locked in for the first six months based on the terms and conditions on our website.

Each firm can have four users whom we will train and support.

If one or more of the firms cancels or does not renew, the cost of renewal for the remaining firm/s may be subject to an increase not to exceed $200.

Additional Information


Please also note that all price proposals are only good for 30 days and are subject to change thereafter.

With the exception of Canada, all pricing is quoted in US$. Canadian clients are also charged HST.

In the event a Canadian client uses a $US credit card to make payment, their card will be processed in $US.

A subscription includes a free, optional profile in our Talent Pool Expo environment where clients can be listed under a maximum of four core categories. (see top right sidebar on the home page)

Each RFP-Leads Source subscription comes with a maximum of 1-4 registrations or "seats".

The cost of any additional registrations added in any subscription year is $100 per user which will be added to the subscription price on renewal.

We do not charge for any client or new user tutorial tours which typically take around an hour over the phone. Wherever possible, we prefer to schedule a group tutorial.

As a general rule of practice, the initial presentation tour should involve a decision-maker plus those staff members who will be likely users.

Payment options


We accept Amex, MasterCard, and Visa.

Outside of Canada, where credit cards are in $US, the client's credit card statement will show the rate of exchange if applicable.

Occasionally $US clients are charged a foreign currency transaction fee by their credit card company/bank. We do not receive these funds. Please take up your concern with your bank. There should be no foreign currency issues since our Amex, Visa and MasterCard accounts are already in $US. If your bank does not offer a refund, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Payment Schedules


Annual, semi-annual, quarterly or monthly rates are available. The less frequent the payment you make the less you pay since it keeps our admin down.

Example based on our current lowest rate:
$1995 annually; $1045 semi-annually; $550 quarterly; $200 monthly (M).

RECEIPTS (For regular annual subscriptions where the client is locked in for the first six months):


Annually: One receipt
Semi-annual: One receipt for the year unless a client requests 2 receipts (no extra fee)
Quarterly: One receipt for the year -- quarterly receipts $15 per receipt.
Monthly (M): One receipt for the year unless a client requests 12 receipts (upfront additional fee of $15 per receipt). In the case of a new subscription, we will try to determine this requirement before pricing. In the event a request for monthly receipts is made after a subscription has been started, we will inform the client that a monthly admin fee of $15 will apply. But we will not charge this admin fee or issue a monthly receipt until the client has approved this extra expense.

RECEIPTS (For annual, Month-to-Month (MTM) where the client can cancel anytime:


At the start of a month-to-month plan (MTM) we will explain that we send just one email receipt for the year. If the client requires a monthly receipt, we will add $15 per receipt to the monthly cost.

Please call us with new details if your credit card has been compromised/expired or changed prior to your next monthly payment. If you up updates us with new credit card info prior to next payment due date, there will be no charge.

When a credit card is declined for a Month-to-Month (MTM) plan
If the credit card is declined, we will try to reach you by phone. If we have to leave a voice mail we will also send one email. You will have a 24-hour grace period to reply, after which we will de-activate your account. Otherwise, no further action is taken at our end. We will reinstate your service if you later provide new credit card details, and a $20 admin charge will apply.

*Our Cancellation Policy


All clients have the option to cancel anytime after the first six months. We require 30 days advance notice. See *.

A $50 cancellation fee will be charged subject to the conditions below:

All subscriptions are annual whether paid annually, semi-annually, quarterly, or monthly.
The exception is for subscribers who choose our Month-to-Month (MTM) plan who can cancel anytime and re-activate their subscription anytime during the term of their annual subscription.

All other subscribers are locked in the for the first six months.

Clients who make a single annual payment


Subscribers who pay annually can cancel any time after the first six months.

We require 30 days advance notice by direct email or phone call and the subscription account remains active until the end of the 30-day advance notice.

At that time, a pro-rated refund will be made to the credit card on file and a $50 cancellation fee will be applied. See XXXX

Subscribers also have the option to put their subscription on hold any time. They can re-activate it one time only for $50 at any time before their renewal date.

Subscribers who make semi-annual, quarterly or monthly payments


Subscribers who make semi-annual, quarterly or regular monthly payments are locked in for the first six months.

If they do not wish to continue after the first six months, they must notify us by email or by phone at least seven (7) days before the end of their first six months.

If notice is not received within this seven-day period of any subsequent payment we will automatically process their next payment during this period and the subscriber is locked in until their next scheduled payment is due.

Subscribers also have the option to put their subscription on hold any time. They can re-activate it one time only for $50 at any time before their renewal date.

Please note the renewal or new client subscription receipt will indicate when future payments will be charged and unless we are notified seven (7) days in advance, we will automatically process payments prior to the date/s identified in that receipt. No further invoices will be sent unless requested.

This process allows us to keep our admin and subscription costs down. We charge a premium of $15 per invoice/receipt for clients who require additional invoices/receipts.

In situations where we experience considerable time and effort to comply with a client's complex company invoicing processes for payment, the option to cancel after the first six months is not available.

Keeping our admin costs down enables us to keep our subscription rates down. The large majority of our clients respond promptly to requests for updated credit card information and are low maintenance which really helps in this regard. In the past 15 years we have only had three modest rate increases.

To help keep our costs down, when we experience additional, unexpected administration overhead due to declined credit cards, late payments, etc., or no response to phone calls or email reminders, admin charges/refunds will reflect an additional $25 charge per incident. Refunds will be based on the pro-rated value of the unused position of your subscription.

In the event of a late payment for a renewal or scheduled payment where we continue to provide the service, and make repeated unsuccessful attempts to obtain payment, once payment has been received, we will shorten the subscription by the number of overdue days. See *

Suspension of Service


Clients who wish to suspend can do so with 30 days' advance notice and without fee. Their account is credited for any pre-paid unused portion of their annual subscription. Clients who suspend, must re-activate their subscription before their annual renewal date or if not, they will lose the credit for the unused portion of their subscription. The option to suspend can only be used one time within the annual subscription period.

Renewal Process


Approximately four (4) to six (6) weeks before your renewal we will send out a renewal/invoice email followed by a personal phone call to remind you of your upcoming renewal and to discuss any changes you may need to make and any updates or additional training you may require. If your credit card has expired, we will seek to obtain new details. If you do not answer, a detailed voice mail will be left. The email will indicate the renewal amount and will indicate that no further action is needed unless you wish to make changes. It will also state that we will attempt to process your renewal one week prior to the actual renewal date. If we need new credit card information it will be requested in advance. This email will also include dates of future payments where applicable.

Typically, we will run your credit card in the seven (7) day period prior to your renewal expiry date to ensure uninterrupted service and will send out an emailed receipt. Once we have sent out a receipt you are deemed to have renewed, and our cancellation Terms and Conditions will apply. If we follow our due renewal process and you then dispute the charge with your credit card company, you will be responsible for a standard $100 service/administration charge in the event the dispute is subsequent rejected by our Merchant Bank.

Late or Non-Payment Policy


As well, in order to keep our admin costs down and avoid rate increases, If the credit card we have on file needs updating with a new expiry or CCID#/CVV# and despite our efforts to obtain this information in advance we do not receive it by the due date, or have not heard from you, we will typically allow two business days grace period and then your access will be withdrawn. In certain cases when there is evidence of an intent to pay, we will extend the grace period at our discretion. In the event you subsequently decide not to renew, a bill for the grace period will be submitted and a standard de-activation fee of $50 will also apply.

If payment has not been received by the due date, an email and/phone call will be made. If no response has been received within 48 hours, we will charge $20 for each subsequent phone call or email we undertake to obtain payment. These costs will be calculated and applied to the per diem value of your subscription and the next renewal date shortened appropriately.

Please note that your RFP-Leads Team is committed to providing the highest level of customer support and service and these measures are designed to enable us to control admin costs and keep pricing increases to minimum.

If you experience a problem, small or large, please let us know immediately. Once you have reported a problem we make solving it our top priority. If after hearing from you we fail to measure up to your expectations, we will be pleased to give you a credit for the period of time when service was not available or to your satisfaction. We will base any adjustment on the date on which you informed us of the problem. Typically all problems are resolved the same day.

The Charter Membership program expired, as announced, on December 31, 2008. Charter Members continue to enjoy the benefits and privileges of Charter Members. The cancellation/refund policy outlined above also applies to Charter Members.

Charter Members were notified of their subscription status individually on January 12, 2009.

Conditions of Use


The information on our website is not for sale and is protected by international copyright.

The information on our website is intended solely to enable our clients to identify and generate new business, and to form project partnerships. Clients may not use our website and services for the benefit of third parties.

Clients are free to send postings to non-subscribers on a "goodwill" basis by using the "email this posting" feature.

Non-subscribers who benefit from receiving regular postings from subscribers prevent us from growing our customer base.

We view this practice as unfair to our paying clients. In this regard we ask our clients to use good judgement.

Clients are not authorized to sell, or provide on a regular basis information they find to third parties or to negotiate finder's fees or commissions or to benefit in any other financial way.

All postings from this site must be sent via the email feature we have created expressly for this purpose.

Failure to honor these terms may result in termination of the subscription and may also involve legal action.

RFP-Leads Source has a strict privacy policy. Your data is treated in confidence. However, we reserve the right to identify your firm as a valued client but only to potential new clients who ask for this information and only if your firm's profile is listing in Talent Pool Expo. In the event of a successful referral we will send a "thank you" email to you and give you an extra free month of service. We will also not increase your subscription rate on your next renewal date. If you do not wish to be identified as a client under any circumstances, please let us know and we will respect your wishes. Please also note that if you are listed in Talent Pool Expo we deem your profiles to be in the public domain.

RFPs may not have been submitted by the RFP owner. It is your responsibility to contact the issuing organization to make sure that you have the most up to date information regarding this project. Project information may change and those changes may not be posted here.

*PASSWORD CONSIDERATIONS



When your initial account was set up , we created a simple, temporary password for you. In a follow-up Welcome email, we strongly recommended you change your password from the "My account" button on the right sidebar of the home page. When you click on "change password" you are offered the opportunity to create a very strong password. That said, e only personal data in your account is your first and last name and your company phone number. Your email address is disguised. No other personal date is stored and in 17 years we have not had a single issue associated with a weak or strong password.

The RFP-Leads.com website has worked flawlessly for 17 years, since our launch date of Dec 3, 2007. That said, if our website and service is affected by unexpected or unusual circumstances, such as malware attack, domain hosting issues, hacking, spam security filters, loss of key personnel, etc., RFP-Leads will work diligently to resolve matters until normal service is returned. All client accounts will be frozen during the downtime period , and full credit will be given for the affected period of downtime when normal services have been restored. No client credit cards will be charged during the downtime period and no refunds will be made or cancellation requests accepted or processed until normal service is restored.

As long as we remain in business, we will continue to uphold the terms of our cancellation policy described above.

If for any reason we are unable to continue with "business as usual", clients will no longer be eligible for any refunds.

Subscribers to RFP-Leads Source agree to indemnify RFP-Leads Source, Inc or its shareholders from any damages they sustain as a result of external hacking, malware or any other issue caused by a cybersecurity breach. To date, no issues have been reported and the company is fully committed to protecting the security of its clients.
